I have just been watching the early news and the marches against Trump by women concerned for their families and their way of life. The marches and protests from around the world are massive. These marches so far are peaceful and I hope they remain peaceful. As this is a site for parents what are your thoughts on these marches? A man was interviewed about why he had joined the women to march and protest. His concern is for women and girls to have the same rights as men and to be treated with dignity and respect. This is an interesting time in politics around the world.

People do have the right in the USA to free speech and to march and to protest. I hope this presidency continues to be questioned as all governments should be questioned about policies and government.

I think they’re wasting their time. They needed to gave these marches before the election, get people voting, too late now it’s all done and dusted
