So proud of my babies

Last night we had two parties to go to, a 21st and a going away party and because my whole family was at the going away party we took our 19 month old and my 5 week old!

I was a little bit worried about taking them to start with but by the end of the night I couldn’t be more proud of them both!

My 5 week old gave out cuddles all night and I hardly even knew she was there and my 19 month old ran around playing with balloons, ate pizza and the promptly crashed in the pram until we were ready to go home which wasn’t until 11.30pm (believe me it felt like it should have been 3am)

I have never been so proud of my two very well behaved babies! They are so beautiful and precious!

So nice to hear a positive story about taking children out. We are a long way past the ‘seen but not heard’ days. I’m glad everyone had a good time.

Sounds like you’ve got a couple of well-behaved and well-adjusted kids that you’re right to be proud of. They may be placid and easy-going kiddies, but without good parenting, they could still turn into horrors, especially when they’re in a situation like that. Kudos to you for raising them so well. Hopefully their good behaviour will continue for years.
