I’m often disappointed! Can’t put my finger on anything recent in particular but I’ve had trouble! I think the problems often emerge when the shop doesn’t have the precise item and some common sense is needed (or mind reading ability about what I might do with alternative products!). Sometimes it’s just the shear amount of time that a simple task takes… easier to go yourself!

We shop to a list and everything we need is on it so there is no way for anyone to get the wrong item.
