This is the first year in many that I haven’t made any new years resolutions and I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or bad. Last year I pledged to lose weight, start a little veggie patch and not to buy bottled water any more. With varying degrees of success I met all of those goals and I guess I’ve just carried them over into 2015.
I’m just wondering if I should be making more effort. Does not making any new resolutions mean that I’m stagnating and not growing? Or are new years resolutions just hype anyway?
I guess what I’m getting at is that I like to think that I’m on a continue quest for self improvement so I don’t think, at least I hope, that I don’t need to make a few resolutions at the beginning of the year in order for the year to be a success. I guess time will tell. I can always make some firm resolutions at a later date if I find I’m not heading in the direction that I want.
HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!
