Playdate pain! - Real Mum story on MoM

Do you ever notice how some playdates are so easy? The friend comes over and the kids go and play, sometimes even to busy to even eat. And then, some play dates are just torture! The kid is a pain, complains about everything and you’re counting down the minutes until they’re gone. Please tell me I’m not the only one this happens to!

sorry not had a play date like that! Hopefully I never do, because it would frustrate me.
Kids go and play, come in for a snack and then off to play again. Even craft play dates with the older kids are fun.

For us it’s more that the other kids can play more roughly with toys than my kids. Not to a standard I’d call bad, but it bothers my son.

I haven’t had a child behave like that when we have had play dates. But I won’t say because it still might happen!
