Second baby? - Real Mum story on MoM

I am so happy to see lots of other mums are feeling the same way I am about making the if leap from one child to two. There seems to be so many extra questions to answer, when considering a second baby. What age gap is best, how will we cope, will our finances stretch to accommodate an extra person, is it unfair on my 18 month old daughter to start thinking about another baby while she is still so little? So many of my friends are having their first babies and I guess this is making me clucky and I know I want another baby someday. But I am struggling with how I am going to divide my love, time and attention to a newborn and my daughter. If anyone comes up with a magic formula, please let me know.

It just happens. No matter how many children you have, it all just happens. My plan was to have our second when the first was at school. Plan being I would have all day with just me and the new bub. Ended up I babysat for a friend when first was only 2. I soon hot clucky and number 2 was on its way

this will happen for the next 18 yrs each wanting more attention than the other.
