well, its not about my bub this time… its me. Because my lil one still doesnt sleep through the night – he wants to jump into our bed ..lol… and so he wakes up every night. and then to top it, begins to play for an hour or so lying in the bed.

Oh dear , i’m so sleepy these days…

There is help available if sleep is an issue. Health services can help and support you with sleep for you and bub.

My son and daughter in law have only had 4 nights of unbroken sleep since bub was born 9 1\2 months ago. 3 of them were thanks to me. I agree though, sleep deprivation is torture, they really are suffering. It breaks my heart

Sleep deprivation is hard on parents and we sure do need our sleep!
