I have noticed that when I go out grocery shopping the number of elderly people that refuse to use a self serve machine so one day I asked a elderly lady oh I can help you if you want and she totally refused me saying oh NO I refuse to use those machines I said to her oh why and she turned around and said to me no thats not how it is done back in our day oh bless her

I know a lot of people refuse to use the self-checkout machines because it is at the expense of a human’s job. Growing up, the check outs were where a lot of my high school friends worked.
