The pre-baby me! - Real Mum story on MoM

So I was looking through old photos the other day of me pre-baby! And Boy has my life changed! Instead of being the centre of every photo my priorities have changed and all photos since baby’s arrival are of him, his achievements, his milestones, his fun!! I can’t help but think I’ve put myself too far behind that now in a few years when I look back at photos I won’t be in any! Its hard asking someone you know or even a stranger to take a photo of you and baby when you are out! For instance at the zoo feeding the kangaroos. Closest I got to a photo of me was my finger covering the lens!! Its nice to take photos, but with baby around am I focusing too much on him and what he does rather than us and what we do??

All of my pics are of my kids, very rarely will you find me in any of them. I need to make time of taking pics with them though, so when they are older they have pics of me through that time and me of them.

This is true for me too, in the last 5 years all I have done is take photos of my little one doing something but never even thought of taking one with her.

take some selfies or get bub to take photos of you . mirror selfies. set a timer up on a camera

My life has changed more than I can say and I love my daughter so much, I never thought this love was possible but it is and it’s the best feeling ever!!!
