Hello!

My Daughter is 19 months old, and still having a bottle each morning and night – she is having cows milk of about 150ml – 180mls in each. I am wanting to get her off the bottles completely but not so sure how to transition her off them? She is eating a normal healthy diet throughout the day – three soldid meals and two snacks. She has milk on her ceral of a morning and she is having yougurt – however she does not like cheese at all. I worry that if I stop the bottles she will not be getting enough calcium? Any sugeestions if I should stop or if I do stop how to do it and will she be getting enough calcium? Can I give her calcium vitamins in case? HELP Thanks

  • Sippy cups are great for the transitioning phase. There are so many to choose from on the market nowadays. You can always put milk in the sippy cup to keep up the dairy intake
