I have always said that I would rather spend a lifetime alone, than a minute in bad company, in relation to partnerships. I have waited years to find the perfect man, and it seems the wait has been worth it. All of my ideas and preconceptions about what I thought would be the “ideal” man went out the window when I met my current lovely partner. The first week I got a dozen long stemmed red roses sent to my work, and most importantly he gets along with my son. I have realised the importance of a partner being your best friend. I’m loving this journey.
