She is a theif and proud of it.
Resturants in her area should distribute photos of her to the staff and if she visits then she should be watched like a hawk or they should just put a $20 charge on her bill that can be refunded if she supplies her bank details once they can establish if everything is still on the table.

Omg! This is funny but horrible at the same time. It amazes me on how much she has taken but oh boy, that is pure theft! Worst thing she has done is broadcast it on social media, big mistake cause high chance, she will now be caught out.
