Ingredients
- 500g Potatoes cut into chips, skin on
- 3 tbls olive oil
- 1/2 tsp season all
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
- Place cut up potato in a bowl with the olive oil, vinegar and herbs. Toss to coat then allow to marinade for 20 minutes.
- Spread the wedges onto the baking tray, and pour over any remaining marinade.
- Roast for 20 minutes or until cooked golden.
- Salt and serve
