Hello!

Sometimes life gets in the way of romance; kids, after school activities, work and all the running around that comes with life. It’s so important to reconnect with each other and remember how you were together and what made you love each other in the first place.

Here are 5 steps to getting back the romance in your life:

1) Love language

The first and most important step for a good foundation is to know what your partners Love Language is.

Love Language is what makes them feel loved, appreciated and basically like a happy, content, smiling, fulfilled little possum.

Check out the amazing book by Gary Chapman, The Five Love Languages. Make sure you both understand how to fill each other’s love tank. When your love tank is full you feel and experience intimacy to a heightened degree!

2) Action!

Once you have worked out what both of your Love Languages are, take action to fill up your partners love tank. Over flowing is perfect! Even if your love tank is a little empty actively fill your partners, giving is receiving remember.

3) Implement

Actions speak louder than words. It’s all good to say; “Yes let’s work on this, Yes let’s do that” but this is simply lip service. BE the change you want to see in your relationship. Make sure your actions reflect change and romance.

4) Consistency

Change is a part of evolution. Make a change for the better and implement this into your life for good. Love and romance are super important for long, lasting, happy relationships.

5) Have FUN rekindling the romance!

Enjoy rediscovering all the fun and loving stuff with your sweetheart. Free spirits simply enjoying the love and each other!

Try these steps to get some romance back into your life.
