Are you in Sydney for the school holidays? There is SO much to see and do that the kids will absolutely adore!

Here are 5 great things you can do with the kids in Sydney:

1. TARONGA ZOO.

Taronga Zoo is a wonderful space with amazing views. It’s the perfect place for a day trip with the kids. Pack a picnic and catch a ferry there for extra excitement. The zoo also runs an exciting school holiday program. Children under 4 are FREE. Check out their website HERE for more information.

2. OBSERVATORY.

Kids love space and the Sydney Observatory, which houses exciting exhibitions, 3D space movies and the planetarium will not disappoint. Check out their website HERE for more details.

3. POWERHOUSE MUSEUM.

The Powerhouse Museum is packed with lots of great exhibitions aimed at kids and even a playground for them to explore. The Museum runs great holiday activities for kids. Children under 16 are FREE. Check out their website HERE for more information.

4. AQUARIUM.

The Sea Life Sydney Aquarium at Darling Harbour is a must see with kids. It is jam packed with so many different sea animals and exhibitions for kids to explore. Children under 4 are FREE. Check out their website HERE for more details.

5. BRIDGE CLIMB.

  • Yep, we love to take the ferry to the city (especially on the Sunday nice and cheap). We did all of these and not to forget Madame Tussaud :)

  • I love the Maritime Museum. Being able to enter the submarine is so nice, for adults and kids. And the replica of James Cook’s HMB Endeavour too!
