1 bulk lot of assorted material
1 30cm long lace

Method

My mum and i made these cute little christmas bags last year for the kids . It is a great way to use up odd pieces of material. You can add extra designs to the front of this bag. we created a cute reindeer on ours but you can do what ever you like.
1st get all your odd pieces of material and sew them together, The cut in to a oval shape and use a plain piece of material for the back. Sew the mulitcoloured piece of material and the plain piece together..Then using a long piece of material app 60cm long then fold in half and sew down one side and use for the handle.
Then fill with little presents for christmas day.

Notes

This is a great way to use all you odd pieces of material

What a great idea to use up the odds and ends of material. Thanks for this as I have to make a few little items for my nieces this year and this will be ideal, especially with a few little extra presents hidden inside for them.

Very clever idea for a different type of “Santa Sack”, and wouldn’t kids love them if they also had their name sewn on them.
