looks cool, im currently knitting heaps of long rows together then i plan on getting my daughter to so them together; to make a blanket, but this looks like a much better idea! but i better finish the blanket i started before I show my daughter this.

this reminds me of my first attempt at crocheting, a wonderful way to learn the art.

My mum still has ours from when we were kids that her mum made – they are timeless!!!

U can’t beat the old Granny Squares no matter how many rugs I make I love the Granny Squares the best …

i would love to learn how to quilt, it is amazing

My nana used to crochet blankets.
But she used to make lots of smaller squares and then sew them together.

I love these, they never go out of popularity.

I used to love making these rugs when I was a kid

Crochet is so easy to master, and when the arthritis in my hands allows me, I’m always crocheting something while I watch t.v. And there’s so many different patterns, and they really aren’t hard to master. Give it a go, you’ll be amazed at how much quicker it is to make things crocheting rather than knitting.
