Homemade tutu

Hand made tutu to make for your children to play dress up. Simple and easy- you can even add a bow as well.

Material

2 or 3 Rolls of tulle or tutu material
Thick elastic
Needle and thread
Scissors

Method

Measure the elastic to fit your child. Cut to length and sew elastic together.
Cut the tulle to the length you like. Can be short or long what ever you prefer
Tie the tulle to the elastic, continuing until your reach the end of the elastic. And voila, you have a tutu!
