Monster clips for toddler play

A quick easy craft creating your own little monsters.

What do you do with them?

Insert some pasta (we used fettuccini) into an egg carton so they stand upright.

Toddlers will love threading the monsters onto the pasta sticks.

This activity is an opportunity for toddlers to use their fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination.

Material

Bread ties
Glue
Paintbrush
Googly Eyes

Method

Stick the googly eyes onto the plain side of the bread ties. Done, couldn’t be simpler!

How interesting!
Knowing my toddler, she can be quite destructive so will probably snap all the pasta.

Good for fine motor but wouldn’t be confident to leave these toys with little kids as could be a choking hazard
