Hello!

When dreams come true, most people just see the outer layers of success, and forget that so much has gone on and continue to go on behind the scenes of making the dreams happen.

Here is a tiny glimpse of some of my behind-the-scenes work: a shot of my “Goals & Dreams” book (a simple spiral bound notebook with an orange cover that I love) that I’ve filled with goals and dreams I am working towards. This one I divided into three sections for the three main goals/dreams I was working on: my business, my fitness, and for my family.  I filled it with images and writing of what I was working towards, brainstorms, action steps, check lists, affirmations…etc.  It’s nice to have everything in one place, it’s easy to carry around and I often do when I take myself to a coffee shop to “work on my dreams”.

There’s also my journaling from my work with my friend/mentor Roz Kaiser, reminding me of my purpose, my core values, and affirmations of goals I wanted to achieve in all areas of my life.

And my favorite…a mindmap of my creative dreams that I mapped out almost two years ago, with stars next to dreams/goals I’m most focused on at this time, and check marks next to dreams I’ve made happen! Mindmaps are the best for visual learners like me.

There are many tools to help get you to your dreams and these are some of mine that have worked for me and continue to propel me.  In our  online self -paced Success education curriculum it covers these tools to give you the skills & concepts to put in place an action plan to achieve your goal in life, because it’s not enough to just think and daydream about your goals/dreams, we must have support systems in place that keep us focused and moving with actions.

My behind-the-scenes work today will be me cozying up with a cup of coffee to crank out a 6-month plan for my business and do my speaker sheet. Happy Happy Day!

Be Amazing!

I always had a love of Personal Development as a marathon runner it has been in my life, achieving my training goals, stepping outside the square to see what I am capable of. What was I searching for, so I could truly be happy.  I realized through my studies that to be truly happy – I needed to learn how to like ME and how to be comfortable in my own skin. By using the principles every day,. Most importantly I learned and am continuing to learn, how to fall in love with the person closest to me, Myself. I am excited to continue this journey of Freedom! I love who I am now and love the person I am becoming as I continue to grow personally & financially…..be amazing www.financiallyfitnfabulous.com
