Hello!

Conservationist Bindi Irwin has revealed she’s releasing her debut picture book, featuring her three-year-old daughter Grace.

The 25-year-old mum took to social media to share the happy news, saying it’s one of the very best days of her entire life.

“I officially get to share with you my new children’s book!

“This book takes you on an amazing journey with me and my wonderful daughter Grace. You’ll explore our home, Australia Zoo and the conservation work we do all over the world. I hope that this book will inspire the next generation to love, respect and protect our natural world.”

Her news was met with hundreds of supportive comments, including from her mum, Terri.

“I am tremendously proud of you, @bindisueirwin. You are a wonderful mama and a true Wildlife Warrior! Your book is beautiful and brilliant. A fantastic, fun story for everyone!”

The book, which is available for pre-order but isn’t released until February 2025, includes exclusive Irwin family photos and animal fun facts.

Bindi Irwin book

Calling all Wildlife Warriors! Step inside the Australia Zoo and see what nature has to offer. There are lemurs and rhinos, kangaroos, and—of course—crocodiles.

On your tour, learn about these amazing animals and their habitats. Observe how they live and grow and all the ways we can protect them. Get inspired to take part in nurturing your own environment and all that inhabit it. Most important, discover the Wildlife Warrior within!

From the daughter of Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, comes an illustrated picture book encouraging readers to walk on the wild side and uncover their inner conservationists.

  • Very cool. I love building a home library for my baby with books that have positive messages, especially about the environment and conservation. But the irony isn’t lost on me that you pre-order from Amazon, a company stripped of ethics with horrendous global impact. The amount of plastic and pollution attributed to them is outrageous and honestly it’s a surprising choice to sell through them.
