Move over kids, it’s time for the adults to have some collectible fun! Coles has revealed it’s launching a new BBQ collection, which shoppers can score for free.

Hot on the heels of Coles DC Super Heroes collectibles, the supermarket giant is releasing a range of outdoor cookware that can be redeemed with credits collected while shopping.

The Curtis Stone BBQ collection includes eight pieces designed for cooking up a storm on the barbecue this summer. It’s the first time the Michelin award winner chef has partnered with Coles for a collectible range.

From Wednesday, October 4 the collection will be available for free by earning BBQ credits. Customers will earn one BBQ credit for every $20 spent on one transaction when scanning the Flybuys card. Once you’ve saved enough credits, you’ll be able to redeem a piece from the collection.

  • Had the points but everything was gone from my supermarket so i missed out and my points went to waste

  • Just redeemed points for exactly what I wanted, the shears! It’s so rare they still have what I want in stock by the time I have enough points, stoked!

  • This is great! Just in time for summer :)

  • These all look interesting but of no consequence for me. It’s a 3 hour drive to the closest Coles store so I’ll leave for others to collect

  • I love that the BBQ shears are at the lower range in points, will definitely keep an eye out for those! Kitchen scissors are so handy, I find myself using them a lot. Would love a pair set aside just for meat.

  • A couple of interesting things. Maybe the teppanyaki plate. The carving knife but I don’t need the fork. Even the shears would be handy. Woolworths needs to step up its game.

  • These are always a great idea but I find the amount of points needed to acquire the better ‘more point pricey’ items is quite a lot when your a mum on a budget. The attraction to obtain these items causes some to overspend which in todays current financial climate can be a bad move for some individuals. Maybe there’s this wild idea that you didn’t have to get so many points to get an item, ????like let’s imagine for a moment customers could spend $50 not $80 to get that pair of scissors ????
