My favourite AYAM product is Coconut milk. I add it to most of my curries. The green curries , red curries and my stir fries and deserts as well. It gives the dishes a lovely creamy texture without being too heavy and tastes so good.

My favourite dish to cook would be the lemon chicken I have cooked it before but have never perfected it but I’m never turning down a challenge if I won this prize I would definitely give it another go and I’ve heard this product is really good and AYAMs products is very delicious and worth buying! And in saying that i would also like to try the coconut milk As I have heard adding it to carbonara takes the flavour to a whole different level of yummy-ness

Definitely coconut cream. It takes ordinary meals to the next level and there’s always a can or two in the pantry.
