    They’re tasty morbid morsels,
    You’ll want to gobble them in fear!
    Simply make a tombstone shaped turkey rissole,
    Mark it with a cut cheese cross,
    Lay it in a bed of shredded lettuce,
    And add a few drippings of blood tomato sauce!

  • Witches’ Fingers
    Buy Inghams Southerns Style Chicken Breast tenders and cut each one in half lengthways. Dip the cut side in beaten egg and then dip in breadcrumbs. On the uncut side place an almond flake on the end of the tender – use a bit of the egg mixture to attach the almond. Spray the almond with oil. Place all the tenders on a baking tray and oven cook at 180 degrees until golden – approx. 20 minutes. These delicious tenders look spookily like witches’ fingers – eeewww!


  • SEVERED ZOMBIE FOOT MEATLOAF
    -Make a yummy meatloaf mix out of Ingham’s turkey mince, egg, breadcrumbs and herbs
    – Shape the mince mix it to a foot shape
    – use a parsnip for an ankle bone and onion chunks for toenails
    – bake and serve with lashing to tomato sauce


  • My “FanGtastic Creepy Crawly Spiders” using Ingham’s Chicken Breast Munchies and pretzels. We love Halloween and getting caught in a “web” of spookiness and yumminess.

  • Inghams Extra lean Turkey Burger Witches Hat with Broomstick.
    Using 1 barbecued burger place a scoop of mash potato on top, stick steamed carrot sticks around the top to make the peak of the hat and serve with a broomstick made of steamed beans.


  • I would like to make Spooky Ghosts with Ingham’s Chicken Breast nuggets. Top half the nuggets with mozzarella cheese and cook as per instructions. Spread mayonnaise over the bare nuggets and using tomato sauce and/or chilli sauce draw on eyes and mouths over the melted cheese and mayonnaise.

  • I would love to make a chicken nugget graveyard! A base of BBQ sauce, cut the nuggets in half and place in the sauce to make graves!


  • Chicken monster boogers (mini chicken meatballs) with vampire blood dip (tomato sauce dip)….deliciously freaky fun family food for Halloween night!


  • “Ingham’s Sweet Chilli Melting Mummies”! Ingham’s Sweet Chilli Tenders is our freezer staple. Cook them as instructed and cut slice cheese (or use grated cheese). Slightly cool tenders, and arrange cheese bandage and eye. Very easy and melting cheese is perfect with tenders.


  • I’d make the scary scetti bol as my daughter loves spaghetti and we’ve never tried not with turkey mince


  • SCARY SNAKE. Inghams Turkey mince browned in little oil with grated carrot, grated zucchini, tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce. Roll out shortcrust pastry, place turkey mince inside, roll and bend forming the shape of a large snake. Bake until golden. Then add olives for eyes, carrot for tongue.


  • I will be making scary mummies – chicken nuggets wrapped in puff pastry, olives for eyes and tomato sauce dropped over for blood. Ooh spooky

  • Making a variation of turkey wellington by creating round pastry shapes, filling with turkey mixture to make spider bodies. Use scraps of pastry to create legs and eyes.

    TURKEY WELLINGTON
    500g Inghams turkey mince
    1 onion
    1 cup soft breadcrumbs
    1½ mixed dried herbs
    3 puff pastry sheets
    1 egg lightly beaten

    Place turkey mince, grated onion, breadcrumbs and herbs in bowl and with gloved hands mix till ingredients are well combined. Cut pastry circles. Place one portion of mince mixture in the centre. Place another circle of pastry over the top Brush edges with egg, fold to enclose filling with the seam is underneath. Shape eyes and legs out of scraps of pastry. Bake on trays in preheated oven set to 200 deg C for 20 mins or until golden.
