When a half-striped zebra is blamed for the drought he leaves his herd in search of his missing stripes. He is joined on his quest by an overprotective, sassy wildebeest and a flamboyant, neurotic ostrich, and defeats the sadistic leopard who has been terrorizing all the animals of the Karoo.

  • I want a hippo. Like me, they look big, cuddly and laid back!


  • Zebra, love their stripes. And surely they would be the easiest to care for.


  • An elephant for my mum. She absolutely loves them, and the only thing missing from her extensive collection, is a live elephant.


  • A baby giraffe. The kids could ride him around the backyard and my super tall hubby wouldn’t feel he had a buddy!


  • Dung Beetle – like us mom’s, they not only put up with a lot of poo, but also have to clean it up too!


  • tiger – i love all things cat


  • my grandson’s favourite African animal is a zebra.He loves their stripes and colour and would love to ride one


  • A monkey they are so much fun


  • I’d adopt a giraffe! Each giraffe has a unique pattern of markings. Not only is iits neck long, it has a very long tongue. Fascinating


  • Lion , I’m a Leo!!!


  • A lion because the look so cuddly and soft

  • I would love to adopt and elephant, they are beautiful, statuesque and love like humans


  • I would adopt a giraffe just so I could watch it walk around. They are so graceful!


  • Hyena to laugh at the giraffe.
    Big cats roar and scare the boar.
    Hippo’s lazy and monkey’s crazy.
    I want them all, big or small!


  • Cheeta, they’re so fuzzy and we deffs wouldn’t have to worry about mice 😉


  • Meerkat , they are so funny and entertainting to watch , I think they would be a lovable and easy to look after .


  • Springbok – having this jumping gazelle would put a ‘Spring Bok’ into our step!


  • Definitely a elephant as they are just the most gracious and lovely animals!


  • An elephant because they are absolutely gorgeous and I could ride it and stomp around 🙂
