  • Always having a bottle ready on the go!

  • My new grandson, 3 months old has a white noise teddy. His parents need to travel to visit family. This white noise teddy was not settling him at all, while travelling. I Would love to win this prize for them so they can arrive at destinations without being so stressed.

  • Don’t panic when they’re screaming the roof off the car, and understand that they’re out of their usual environment so be lenient with sleep times. Let the filtered sunshine make them sleepy, works every time.

  • Lots of pram sleeping. But also taking babies blankets and comforters from home to make sure it’s as similar as possible.

  • Keep things as close to home as possible – make the room super dark and bring along their white noise machine, comforter and sleep sack

  • It’s been 15 years since my last baby was born and I have one due later this year. Unfortunately I have no tricks up my sleeve when it comes to travelling and settling a baby but I definitely need this Euky Bear Portable Sleeping Aid in my life!!

  • My best trick for settling a baby while traveling is to perform the ancient art of “the sleepy dance” – where you sway, hop, and sing like a sleep-deprived ninja until the baby finally surrenders to dreamland. It’s a mix of magic, chaos, and a touch of delirium – but hey, whatever works, right?

  • Keeping myself calm! A stressed mamma makes everything else difficult to manage so I have learnt to be flexible, take things in my stride and relax about a lot of things I would normally stress about. Bubbas will sleep eventually!

  • Familiar blankets and a hot bottle of milk with a nice dark place for slumber.

  • Having a good sleep space for on the go! A portable sound machine, cozigo and a comforter are the best options I found for my first!

  • I always like to feed her, c;lean nappy, dummy & then all set for a good trip :)

  • Keep driving and ignore her. My miss 4 always gives in to the motion of a car plus music playing. Makes her so sleepy

  • Popping my baby into the pram and going for a walk works wonders when on the go. They’ll look around for a while then fall asleep with the motion. Works every time! Playing lullabies on my mobile phone also helps to indicate its time to quieten down.

  • Making sure that she has a full tummy, a clean nappy and set the car to a comfortable temperature.

  • I have travelled many times with my baby including a trip to Sweden from Australia! (Yikes!). My tip would be to feed baby (bottle or breast) during take off and landing to stop their little ears popping! If this isn’t possible give baby something to suck on like a dummy!
