The Secret Life of Pets is a comedy about the lives our pets lead when we leave for work or school.

When loyal terrier Max’s (Louis C.K.) big-hearted owner, Katie (Ellie Kemper) brings back an unwanted surprise; an oversized, boisterous mutt from the shelter named Duke (Eric Stonestreet), Max must learn to share his pampered lifestyle with his new unbearable “brother.” When Max and his unruly new “roommate” slip away from their dog-walker, they find themselves lost in the urban jungle of New York City.

In an attempt to stay ahead of animal control and a rebel band of abandoned pets led by an unhinged bunny named Snowball (Kevin Hart), they must put aside their differences to survive the epic journey back home, all before dinnertime.

My golden retriever’s superpower is friendliness. He unfortunately is desperate to be every dog’s best friend, even if the other dog wants nothing to do with him. As a superhero, he’d befriend the unruly pack and beat them into submission with his overwhelming unbridled happiness and need for play.

I have a labrador. So of course her superpower is eating – she will eat everything and anything. If she’s not eating she’s licking!! If she were in a fight with an unruly gang of abandoned pets she would eat all their weapons (or even clothes – singlets are her fav) and then lick them to death!!!
