Chargrill Charlie’s has been serving Sydney siders mouth-watering chargrilled chickens, fresh salads and more since 1989.

To celebrate the launch of three new Chargrill Charlie’s Anti-Aging salads, we are giving away 3 X $100 Chargrill Charlie’s Vouchers.

Not just your typical chicken shop, Chargrill Charlie’s offers stuffed and Portuguese-style chicken, using only fresh ingredients. Offering a wide range of food, from healthy, clean-eating salads to indulgences like burgers and fried wedges.

The three new Anti-Aging Salads have been launched in collaboration with a nutritionist to create three nourishing, detoxifying and anti-oxidant rich salads set to leave your body full of energy and skin glowing.

Introducing The Anti-Aging Salad Range

Nourishing Rainbow Roast – Roasted eggplant, sweet potato, beetroot and carrot, tossed with fresh spinach and topped with crumbled feta. Using a rainbow variety of roasted veggies tossed with fresh baby spinach and a little
crumbled feta, this Nourishing Rainbow Roast Salad is one seriously tasty way to get all of those micronutrients in one hit.

Golden Glow Super Slaw – Chicken breast, shredded red cabbage, tossed with carrot, avocado, coriander and sesame seeds, with homemade turmeric almond dressing. Smoked + Spiced Vitality Salad – Chicken and chickpeas cooked in a smokey paprika and lime marinade. On top of a tahini kale salad. With a little cucumber for hydration (hello hydrated skin!) this salad is not only tasty but will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energised. Topped with a classic tahini dressing, a fabulous dairy free
source of calcium to keep our bones in tip top shape.

  • So much to choose from! Probably the homemade beef stew or the Moroccan meatballs or the chicken Provençal I don’t know !!! I think my first order would be a big one lol!

  • Well soo many choices, but would have to go with the naked chef shanks, sounds amazing, but so does the whole menu

  • My favorite charcoal chicken is Chargrill Charlie and there’s no compromise when it comes to a satisfying and delicious chicken with the trimmings. All I can say is yum, yum, yum!

  • Personally, I’d be most keen to go for one of the most simple items on the menu, the mac and cheese, I can never get that recipe just right at home, and to have someone else, specifically such a nice restaurant, it may be an enlightening experience. I can honestly say I’ve never had good mac and cheese in my whole life, but I can bet my bottom dollar that Chargrill Charlies may just change my mind..

  • Moroccan Meat Balls as they say it’s perfect for the kids and I have 5 of them so it better be good! Homemade Beef Stew for the adults cause nothing better than “just like mum makes” home made stew. Perfect for our growing family!

  • Oh wow, they all sound amazing. I would have to try the Nourishing Rainbow Roast first because I’d love to eat a rainbow!

  • A New Yortk burger with a side of wedges because I haven’t eaten a decent burger for a long time! Yum.

  • i would order any chicken with lemon and herb in it, i love lemon and herb chicken is my favourite besides i work with chicken and it always looks good. reading there menu sounds so tasty chicken is always going to be top of the food chain

  • The chicken and chips, as they are really fresh and so delicious that i eat it very regularly.

  • Portugese Chicken all the way!! My family and I love the spice blends of portugese chicken

  • Salads look amazing so would have a variety of salads with char grilled chicken and some fries. Lets not forget dessert.Oh my which to choose maybe Tiramisu or rice pudding or why not both.

  • I’d order a delicious BBQ chicken for my hubby, Charles, who used to work at a Chargrill Charlies when he was a teen! He used to answer the phone with, “Chargrill Charlie’s charcoal chickens, Charles speaking!” What a mouthful!!
