Three lucky winners will each receive a copy of the Noodle Cookbook and 4 boxes of Mr Lee’s Tai Chi Chicken noodles – the family’s favourite flavour!

Mr Lee’s Noodles is a brand of gourmet instant noodles and congees packed in Australia and made with absolutely no nasties. They are using market-leading amounts of the finest freeze-dried ingredients to lock in all the goodness and flavour: generous chunks of RSPCA Approved 100% real Aussie chicken, real broccoli florets – you name it. But only the best!

The noodles

The noodles are gluten free, low in sugar and calories, and their diverse flavours are uniquely crafted from authentic Asian recipes, those that Damien Lee (the real Mr Lee!) grew up with as a kid back home in Sydney.

Named after the ancient Chinese tradition Tai Chi, the soul-warming chicken broth rice noodles are made with chicken, broccoli florets, subtle spinach, warming ginger & sweet orange blossom honey. Each box contains 8 cups of the delicious chicken noodles!

The cookbook

From Shanghai ‘Yum Cha’ Noodles, Mr Lee’s Cracking Katsu and Bamboo Buckwheat Noodles to Tonkotsu Pork Noodles and Cantonese Wanton Soup, The Noodle Cookbook has a recipe for every craving, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free friendly options.

Get to know your noodles with an essential store-cupboard section, notes on health boosting ‘hero ingredients’ and healthy swap-ins for your favourite Asian condiments. Perfect your work-from-home lunch and master the art of the ‘fakeaway’. With tasty dishes from Vietnam to China, The Noodle Cookbook will spice up your meals and satisfy those instant noodle cravings.
