  • Honestly, stress is the biggest immune weakener for me so in addition to trying to eat well and move everyday, I’ve also learned to do a little meditation to decompress and cope with the day.


  • Endeavour to have a healthy diet, working hard to include all the food groups and the rainbow fruits and vegetables

    Would love to take 1-2 tablets which would support my whole immune system. Already take 27 assorted medications and i am tired of taking so many individual vitamins.


  • I eat healthy on an almost daily basis! Along with a cup of orange juice for my vitamin C and a walk in the sun for my vitamin D ???? I love getting my kids and puppies out there with me everyday for a walk!


  • I try to take vitamins that bolster my immune system because I have an autoimmune disorder but of course it’s never enough but I would be interested to try these
