  • By mixing up healthy ingredients in the blender to allow us to enjoy a healthy smoothie that allows us to mix it up with the essence of fruit and the taste of summer! It’s our daily immune boost!


  • Healthy fruit and veg, lots of water and exercise every day!


  • We eat a healthy and well balanced diet and get plenty of exercise. We eat seasonal foods and ensure all medical needs are covered and up to date.

  • Every morning we have a cup of green tea with lemon and honey and we cannot remember when last we had a cold. Do have the flu shot every year and we have had the immunisation for pneumonia and so far we are riding out the current pandemic. We grow our own vegetables so we know there have been no sprays and chemicals put on to them – doing well at 83 and 75 resectively.


  • I eat a small cup of yoghurt and go for a walk everyday. In winter, I try to eat capsicums which I love as often as I can. I also like to drink green tea each lunchtime and snack on nuts like almonds.

    Is really low as I suffer from an under active thyroid but to try to help I drink lemon water, go for walks daily and eat vegetables everyday.

  • We make our own keifer drink for the whole family. We also make our own sour dough bread. We eat lots of Colours of the rainbow everyday!


  • I’m sure to get fresh air daily and take the bub for walks and also weight train when I find the time! I keep well hydrated and do my best to eat good foods even though my McDonald’s obsession is a real problem!!


  • I am a strong believer that what you put in your body will shine through. We eat healthy food, mostly picked from our own vegetable patch and fruit trees. We’ve begun to limit our meat & dairy consumption and with a little more time on our hands since COVID-19, we have made time to go on more bushwalks and mountain bike rides than normal.

  • Working full time as a nurse, shift work we are always exposed to illness- anything to help me protect myself and my family is vital

    Hand hygiene is a huge part too!


  • Lots of garlic, onion and citrus fruits combined with a healthy balanced diet. Pity my exercise regime doesn’t match this.
