  • Between 2019-2020 I lost roughly 50kg. I’m now a much healthier and happier mum and I’d like to stay that way. Ultimately I’d love to get back into some regular exercise and stay healthy and fit. These shakes and bars would help me not slip back into bad habits and maintain my weight and lifestyle without sacrificing too much.
