Insole of a shoe

Is pain in your feet, ankles or knees crippling your lifestyle? You’re not alone! With feet directly impacted by weight-gain, the 10-fold increase in relaxin hormone and south-side swelling, it’s no wonder that the very structures that hold us up can crumble under pressure during pregnancy & postpartum. According to the research, pregnancy is associated with collapse of the medial arch (the truss system that holds the foot up) causing the feet to splay, widen and lengthen, plus potentially causing a serious domino effect on the entire kinetic chain.

Founded by Australian Sports Podiatrist Emily Smith, at Emily Braidwood our philosophy is to innovate female-focused foot health products that are scientifically-designed, clinically-formulated and approved by hundreds of women for fit, feel and function.

WIN 1 of 5 Podiatrist-Designed Insoles Packs 1

Like no other insole on the market, our patented MEDIGEL X HEXAGEL engineering blends intrinsic foot support and cushioning to prevent the collapse of the arch, cushion the ball-of-the-foot, improve foot alignment, protect the lateral ankle and treat common ailments including plantar fasciitis. Not only do our range of footbeds sport sophisticated support, they are skin-stickable (hello Pilates, yoga and Barre classes), slim-line and transferable between all styles of shoes including heels, sandals, flatties, sneakers & trainers.

With 83% of women struggling to wear their shoes comfortably all day, it is our mission to help women get back on their feet, without compromising style. We are excited to give away 5 ULTIMATE SHOE-DROBE COMFORT packs, with your choice of style, colour and size so you can reimagine a lifestyle of comfort and pain-free mobility, from morning to midnight!

  • I LOVE stiletto heels which make the legs look lovely, but my ageing foot bones hate them! These days it’s sensible flats for me, but there’s no reason I can’t wear GORGEOUS sensible flats, with comfy insoles!

  • My love/hate relationship with shoes is ongoing! Bunions cause pain daily with no shoes helping. With podiatrist-designed insoles I could walk without pain. A better love of shoes and comfort I would gain!

  • Shoes are my life I live and sleep in them

  • My bunions make every shoe experience a painful one!

  • It;s really tough to find shoes that fit my wide, high instep, short feet! From clown shoes (so long for width) at school to ping pong sandals (9.5G), nothing comfortable, so now it’s sneakers or orthotic thongs! Maybe I’m old enough to have them made to measure now!

  • I love shoes in every shape and form.I love the way they boost a mood, create a mood and set a mood.I hate that I abused my feet with ill fitting shoes years ago.

  • There’s not great range for me. I used to be a 4 1/2B before my second child was born and could only get Footrest court shoes. My feet expanded during my pregnancy so now at least I can buy shoes off the shelf…but still….there aren’t many

  • I sufffer from plantar fasciitis so good shoes have always come before fashion. Its hard to find sensible shoes that scream funky too!

  • Shoe shopping for me is a chore,
I literally go from store to store,
my Plantar fasciitis really need some TLC,
Ultimate Shoe-Drobe Comfort and pain-free mobility for me.

  • i love wearing them my ankle hate me at the end of the day

  • I have a hate relationship with shoes as I have size 10 feet and trying to find good looking women’s shoes in my size is nearly impossible! How I wish I had dainty little feet especially when I’m only 5’6 so small person Amazon feet ????

  • An eternal struggle to find shoes that fit my wildly unique feet. On the rare and wonderful occasions that I do find a pair, my feet are often sore with blisters by the end of the day.

  • Only a few years ago did I realise that my high arched feet were a problem causing the pad of my feet to ache. With shoes that support my arches, I have a renewed love of shoes, and found comfort with some old favorites because of products like podiatrist-designed insoles.

  • Even if that pair of shoes were to ‘bite’ my feet, I’ll still wear if they make my overall outfit look good. Most of the time I wouldn’t know if they’ll be comfy till I wear them out. There must be a better way.

  • I hate the way my feet slip forward during the day and my big toe hits the top of the shoe. This means pain along the top of my foot that takes ages to dissipate. I loathe buying new shoes. My feet are long an I have even been to to try the mens section!! It’s like a kick in the guts.

  • Shoe-a- colic describes me perfectly..A “shoe-robe” with many pairs. . Impulse buying for style but not always for comfort. Daily Braidwood insoles- perfect for comfort, giving many of my shoes an ‘airing wearing” from the cupboard with insoles.

  • Love. I only have feelings of love for my high heel shoes. Pumps, stilettos, kitten heels, wedges or Cuban heels. If it gives me height, it gives me life! But my confident strut is ONLY made possible now with quality insoles that save my aging calves, ankles and tootsies every day..

  • I have a crippled right ankle and have never been able to wear high heels and even wearing shoes for any length of time makes my foot ache. I’d love to try these podiatrist designed innersoles please as bare feet and thongs are not always acceptable.

  • My toes always get in the way and make them uncomfortable. I feel I have to buy expensive shoes so my feet don’t stink!

  • Uncomfortable shoes can be SOLE destroying; they make me SLIPPER and SLIDE. My husband says it’s HEELarious, but I just feel SHOEpid. CONVERSEly, comfortable shoes can TOEtally upLIFT me when I’m feeling FLAT and allow me to SHINE.
