Insole of a shoe

Is pain in your feet, ankles or knees crippling your lifestyle? You’re not alone! With feet directly impacted by weight-gain, the 10-fold increase in relaxin hormone and south-side swelling, it’s no wonder that the very structures that hold us up can crumble under pressure during pregnancy & postpartum. According to the research, pregnancy is associated with collapse of the medial arch (the truss system that holds the foot up) causing the feet to splay, widen and lengthen, plus potentially causing a serious domino effect on the entire kinetic chain.

Founded by Australian Sports Podiatrist Emily Smith, at Emily Braidwood our philosophy is to innovate female-focused foot health products that are scientifically-designed, clinically-formulated and approved by hundreds of women for fit, feel and function.

WIN 1 of 5 Podiatrist-Designed Insoles Packs 1

Like no other insole on the market, our patented MEDIGEL X HEXAGEL engineering blends intrinsic foot support and cushioning to prevent the collapse of the arch, cushion the ball-of-the-foot, improve foot alignment, protect the lateral ankle and treat common ailments including plantar fasciitis. Not only do our range of footbeds sport sophisticated support, they are skin-stickable (hello Pilates, yoga and Barre classes), slim-line and transferable between all styles of shoes including heels, sandals, flatties, sneakers & trainers.

With 83% of women struggling to wear their shoes comfortably all day, it is our mission to help women get back on their feet, without compromising style. We are excited to give away 5 ULTIMATE SHOE-DROBE COMFORT packs, with your choice of style, colour and size so you can reimagine a lifestyle of comfort and pain-free mobility, from morning to midnight!

  • I love shoes but sometimes the ones that look the best don’t fit my wide feet!

  • I love high heels but high heels dont love me!!! I can wear them for about 30 minutes than my feet are aching i wish more than anything i could wear a pair of high heels all night

  • I am a hairdresser so I am standing on my feet all day. Therefore, shoes are a massive part of my life as they have to be comfortable. I also suffer from varicose veins so these insoles would really contribute to preventing this condition from getting worse.

  • I have lots of problems with m y feet getting the right shoes is a nightmare
These would be fantastic to win

  • Since having kids, not only have my boobs changed shape in one is larger than the other, so have my feet! I hate but love shoes just need to adjust for it!

  • Having flat feet with mummy flats is a killer but they look so good and are easy to slip on in the morning ahhh!

  • I have plantar fasciitis and find that so many cute summer sandals have flat bottoms and no arch support so I am unable to wear them!

  • Having large, wide feet, I can wistfully look at blinged-up stilettos or chic boots, but like the ugly step sisters in Cinderella, there is no way my tooties are going fit in them there slippers. Maybe I dodged a bullets with some of these pretty torture devices?

  • I love flat shoes but two things I hate are how sore my arches sometimes become as well as how fast they wear our – the sooner I can fix but the latter is a good excuse to buy a new pair

  • i love flats – sandals, sneakers, loafers – but they always pain me after a day or worst even just a couple of hours wearing them. the pressure kicks in so much on my heels, numbing my legs and radiating the pain in my hips/lower back – sending me to bed literally.

  • I hate wearing shoes and would be happy to walk around in bare feet but unfortunately this would be unacceptable at work because of safety reasons.

  • I work in retail all day and have Plantar Fasciitis so my feet get quite sore and unbearable. To add to my discomfort I also have a wide front so finding shoes that are comfortable are very difficult and rare when you only have a small budget and one income.

  • My 19 year old works in retail and gets terrible sore feet as she has quite flat feet. This would be a god send for her as shes on her feet all day and would potentially meinimise any future issues with her feet?

  • Buying footwear to accomodate orthotics is an absolute nightmare.
Best suited to runners ,they squeak non stop which is incredibly embarrassing .
Modern sandals and dress shoes are not designed to accomodate orthotics at all .
The alternative? Wear “Nanna” shoes or put up with the incredible pain

  • I hate closed in tight shoes. I have an extremely high arch. My feet hurt all the time. My husbands foot massages are the only thing that helps my pain. Buying comfortable reasonably priced shoes is near impossible. And i am sick of wearing thongs.

  • Lately sore swollen feet from work shoes.

  • I’m on my feet all day as a early childhood educator and by the end of the day I can hear my feet screaming at me! from trying to find comfortable ones and then keeping the sand out (which we all know is a pet hate of most!). The last thing I do each morning is slip on my shoes then the first thing when I get home is to kick them off (And block my nose from the smell!)

  • I would use them for my autistic son who walks on his toes like he’s in heels

  • I love shoes – you never have a ‘bad foot day’ but I suffer from planter fasciitis and struggle to wear pretty shoes for more than an hour due to the pain from this. I love to change that

  • Getting the right fitting to start with is a necessity or else my feet rub n cause blisters.
