With millions of festive lights on display all in the one impressive place, this year’s Christmas Lights Spectacular at Hunter Valley Gardens is bigger and better than ever. Christmas Lights Spectacular is now in its ninth year, with last year’s event attracting more than 123,000 people.

This year will have a record number of lights on show with brand new displays, including the Fairy Garden, the Music Room with instruments and musical notes displays, Santa’s Plane, and Pink Unicorn. Other family favourites on offer will include Cinderella’s Castle, Alice in Wonderland, the North Pole scene, Twelve Days of Christmas, bigger and better Candy Land, and so much more!

Not only is there an array of beautiful light displays on show throughout Hunter Valley Gardens, but Santa will also be visiting the event daily from 6.30pm until the 24th December. Plus, there will be roaming entertainment and performances on offer every night including the Little Scallywagz, and guests will be able to step inside the Santa Dome and play old school games in Arcade Alley.

Kyle McKendry, General Manager of Hunter Valley Gardens says, “This event sees families return year after year which is testament to the fantastic feeling you get from visiting the magical light displays. This year will be our biggest yet, with so many attractions on offer the Christmas Lights Spectacular is a must-do for families this festive season.”

This year, explore, eat, drink, and be merry with the great assortment of food and beverage stalls and an impressive fireworks display will on the event’s preview night and New Year’s Eve. With so many activities, this event is the perfect way to kick-start the family’s holiday season.

Christmas Lights Spectacular will be shining bright with a preview night on Friday 6th November, 2015 and the event continuing from Sunday 8th November, 2015. The event will then be open every night until Tuesday 26th January, 2016 (excluding Christmas Day and night). Gates will open at 6.30pm and will close at 10.00pm, with the lights displays starting at 7.30pm.

Keep an eye out for Mega Creatures, including Mega Bugs and Dinosaurs at Hunter Valley Gardens starting from January 2nd, 2016.
