It’s hard not to love the courage and maturity of Ellie – her commitment and loyalty to her friends is something i’m sure all of us wish for our own children, especially growing up in this KrAzY day in age.

Fi reminded me of a hermit crab, timid stuck in her shell city girl but after a few breaths of good old country air, her scheming equals all with imagination, bravery and at times comedic leaving that shell long into her past

Fiona Maxwell as she is developing into a very interesting character. She may not be strong, but finds the courage within herself to complete the tasks she has been set. She is also a great listener and confidante.

I read this whole series when I was a teenager I really loved it! Ellie was my favourite as she is smart, strong and very brave.
