  • Caitlin Stasey, a strong empowering figuire. A woman who gets things done.

  • Ellie, because I think it’s great to have a strong, brave female character with a lead role in a story.

  • It’s hard not to love the courage and maturity of Ellie – her commitment and loyalty to her friends is something i’m sure all of us wish for our own children, especially growing up in this KrAzY day in age.

  • Fi reminded me of a hermit crab, timid stuck in her shell city girl but after a few breaths of good old country air, her scheming equals all with imagination, bravery and at times comedic leaving that shell long into her past

  • Ellie, I think shes very brave and handles the situation very well, considering the situation itself.

  • Fi is the city girl turned country girl who i believe discovers her true self and progresses the most fighting her fears head on

  • Ellie. I saw the movie years ago and now I’m watching the TV series. Ellie is such a great character. Loyal, clever, brave and every child’s wish to be a great heroine like her.

  • Lee, quiet and intelligent, but also a very strong character

  • Ellie, a real leader and force to be reckoned with.

  • Fiona Maxwell as she is developing into a very interesting character. She may not be strong, but finds the courage within herself to complete the tasks she has been set. She is also a great listener and confidante.

  • Ellie Linton is my favourite Tomorrow When The War Began character as she is level headed, a strong female lead and extremely brave.

  • Homer because he is a strong leader.

  • Ellie most of the story is about things from her perspective. It’s nice to have a female character lead.

  • Ashamed to say I haven’t seen Tomorrow When the War Began but I have heard good reviews. Should I win a DVD pack then I guess I’ll find out. Thank you.

  • I read this whole series when I was a teenager I really loved it! Ellie was my favourite as she is smart, strong and very brave.

  • Ellie! Strong and reliable. What young ladies of today should aspire, not thin and fake.

  • Most certainly Emily because she shows so much bravery, a strong female character girls can look up to.

  • Ellie – for being a good role model with her strength and good character

  • Definitely Ellie as she shows such bravery and perseverance…qualities I want my son and nieces to have!

  • too many to choose from
