  • The lion king would be my favourite family movie to watch because it is a disney classic with catchy songs that no matter how many time I watch it still get stuck in my head and it never gets old

  • We just watched the original Ghostbusters together as a family which was pretty funny for us parents to watch again after so many years, not quite sure the kids thought it was as a funny as we did. I’m sure we’ll be watching it again and again though.

  • Old but essential viewing, and re-viewing for family of anime lovers. ..My Neighbor Totoro, a Japanese animated fantasy film from the “magic” of Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli.


  • Shrek.. It’s so funny and great for every age!


  • All the “Shrek” movies, the whole family including Dad get a laugh out of this movie.


  • we have alot of favourites and we just love curling up watching movies,but grown ups is our family favourite, so funny and adam sandler comedy king.


  • We loved the Disney Pixar movie “Cars” when it first came out and our kids were tiny. Now 10 years later we can still watch it and marvel at the animation, laugh at the clever one liners and enjoy the storyline at a different level. An absolute classic!


  • Any of the toy story movies, they’re just great.


  • My girls and I love to watch milo and otis. It was my favourite movie when I was little. Now I get to enjoy cuddles with my babies while we all watch it.


  • Despicable Me because it keeps the younger children busy and entertained, it keeps the older children happy without complaint, and it even has entertainment value for the adults so that sitting down to watch a family move isn’t a chore.


  • Toy Story, we have such a good night and then the kids want to go to bed early to see if they can catch their own toys moving


  • Harry Potter; there are 8 movies to choose from, giving us a variety and pleasing all members of the family. They are also great for a movie marathon, especially in the holidays when we usually end up with some rainy days!
