Getting out of bed with energy, being less snappy because I\’m not so tired, happier because I\’m eating well, attacking work with gusto thus justifying my existence, and keeping the house in shape because I have the energy and strength to clean, instead of sneaking off for a nap.

As a nearly 60 year old grandmother I would love to keep as active as possible with my 15 grandchildren. Just recently kayaked with my 3 teenage grandsons, that sure was awesome. Quite pleased with my achievements and so were they!

Maybe I will want to go and swing on monkey bars,
Go out with friends and dance and drink at a bar,
Try some weight lifting of a heavy bar,
Or perhaps just take my regular fitness routine and raise the bar . . .
