  • I like to go for a brisk 5km walk everyday, changing course so I have a range of flat surfaces and hills. As well as keeping me physically fit it is excellent for the mind as well.

  • I live in work out wear and my favorite exercise is as simple as walking. I love getting out and seeing what’s going on as I get out and about. I can happily walk everywhere


  • My mother’s group have walking meetings along our nature trail. It’s a great way to keep fit and social at the same time! When it’s too cold or raining, I also like to do core exercises while baby Brooklyn watches Peppa Pig.

  • Medical advice to keep fit…Daily walk around suburbs including hills, up and down back stairs many times… 15 steps in our “Queenslander” house… and the verandah circuit when wet weather.
