    My 17month old daughter adores them as a nutritious tasty brekky. ????


  • Organic salad bowl – with just about everything picked from the backyard – cherry tomatoes, carrots, chilli and capsicum. With a drizzle of freshly made homemade dressing – yummy


  • A simple roast chook. Organic chook with a lemon inside, maybe some homegrown herbs rubbed on the outside, sitting on a trivet of organic onions. If you’ve got some, surround it with organic veggies… Easy and will do for dinner and then lunches and then stock out of the bones.


  • Beautiful raspberries from my garden, combined with coconut in a flourless cake, makes me feel good while I’m really eating something naughty!


  • My own granola, all organic nuts with organic maple syrup, dates, coconut oil and a range of seeds. I bake this until golden brown and add to acai bowls or chia pudding. This is a great snack too!


  • Breakfast smoothie bowl – 1 cup Organic Coconut Milk warmed, 3 tbs Organic chia seeds, 1 tsp raw honey 1 tsp cacao mix and serve with fresh organic berries, simple, delicious and filling for a wonderful start to the day


  • DIVINE CHOCOLATE CAKE! With organic chocolate, banana, coconut flour, raw almonds, coconut milk, avocado, honey and cocoa powder. It’s my just DESSERTS!


  • Avocado Chocolate Mousse – I love this with organic avocados and dark chocolate, not only is it my fav organic recipe its great sugar free recipe


  • Lentil bolognese with organic spaghetti and plenty of veggies and herbs!


  • Organic yogurt with chia seeds and organic strawberries. Perfect for those mornings you don’t have time to make anything, so put some strawberries and yogurt in a bowl with a sprinkle of chia seeds!


  • Organic steak with Himalayan pink salt. That’s it. Grilled on the barbecue. You can actually taste the difference.


  • Love protein calls made simply with cocoa, almond meal and coconut oil.Gets you through the 11 o’clock rush, the 3 o’clock slump and the midnight hunt.


  • Tofu Parmigiana
    Instead of having a greasy, battered coating, the tofu “steaks” in our revamped Parmigiana are breaded and lightly pan-fried in just a small amount of oil then topped with part-skim mozzarella, fresh basil and your favorite marinara sauce. This Italian classic will please even those who are tofu-phobic.


  • Baked Apples. I pick them fresh off my tree and stuff them with organic nuts, dried fruit and cinnamon. An old fashioned favourite but one that ALL ages love!


  • Egg Plant Lasagna is my favourite organic Recipe.
