  • I know it’s controversial but I love me a good old fashioned Hawaiian pizza. I would probably add some bacon and pepperoni too.


  • I would make my all time favourite pizza in the Cozze Pizza Oven, a potato and garlic pizza. It’s so indulgent, carbs on carbs. Exactly what you want when having a pizza night at home


  • My version of saute chicken. Its loaded with all the normal pizza ingredients, heaps of chicken, saute sauce and i spread some peanut butter, bbq sauce, add some pumpkin, sweet potato. Delicious.

  • Golden roasted potato, sweet caramelised onion, garlic, crumbled feta, a sprinkle of rosemary and a grind of pink salt. Pure comfort food perfection from my new Cozze Pizza Oven!


  • We would invite my parents over and use our new pasta maker to make a homemade base! Glorious toppings to choose from and mine would be Mozerella on a tomato base served with basil & EVOO!!!!! Deliciously cozze!

  • In our home, nothing brings us together like our weekly pizza night! I had a Cozze Pizza Oven, the first pizza I’d make would be be dubbed the “Family Pizza Night Special,” which consists of a gluten-free base, loaded with pepperoni, mushrooms, capsicum, olives, and extra cheese (because you can never have too much cheese, right?). Callie (my daughter) would definitely be in charge of “taste-testing” the toppings before they even make it onto the pizza! 😆
