  • Lets start the morning with some upbeat music as my alarm, get down stairs and make my favourite smoothie, Banana Berry Chocolate! Tastes like dessert but is good for you! Top self up with coffee if needed. (AKA when baby wakes every 2 hours overnight)


  • I wake at 5.30am, I have a lemon water, then I wake my toddler, put him in the pram and make our way around the block. I give him a piece of toast and his teddy so that he’s happy and I can get my sanity fix.

  • My 7 month old starts her day by clapping and smiling to herself as soon as she wakes up. I decided to give it a go, what a way to set the tone for the day! It’s an amazing feeling to clap for no reason. I end up having plenty of reasons to clap throughout the day.


  • Feeling nostalgic as I reminisce,
    Sweet-scented oats complimented with a scoop of “Vaalia” epitomised bliss,
    I round up the kids and they’re there in a blink of an eye!
    The very best “vitality” I can’t deny!
    Bounteous energy to sustain being alert!
    Then wiggles and giggles with Ernie and Bert!


  • I love to start my mornings slllllooowwwllyy a shower then coffee whilst catching up on emails, news, facebook and insta move on to plan the day ahead but oh its all a dream as my mornings are usually wham bam kiss kiss bye bye off to workies


  • some fresh fruit and veggies from my juicer and a good stretch on my aerial hammock! but these tights would be lovely to wear to my aerial yoga and stretch classes 🙂


  • Since starting my weightloss journey I have lost 40kg! I start by having a Nature’s Way Pea protein smoothie with their Cacao & Kale powders in it aswell then head to gym for a daily workout class which is either Ripped, BodyPump, Boxing or Tabana ! Followed by some cardio then home to a healthy nutritiois meal! Nothing satisfies me more!


  • In the mornings I love a swim to wake me up before work. I ride along the river to the pool, swim, head to work for yoghurt and muesli. It keeps me fit and starts the day with positivity


  • There is nothing better than a quick sun-salutation before the morning coffee, its a great way to wake up & certainly adds a little vitality and spring in my step!


  • Plenty of water,
    Is where I start:
    Followed by a high fiber brekky,
    Then from the house I depart.
    A long jog along the broadwater,
    Is sure to get the blood moving,
    And clear my head too,
    And my body a-grooving!


  • A coffee and a shower in peace would be the way I would love to start the day

  • I start my morning with vitality on the treadmill for 30 minutes then enjoy a bowl of vaalia. I would love to be wearing Bablylon leggings from We are Handsome x Vaalia. Well done on promoting such a great cause


  • I would love to be a morning person – it’s seems all my family is except night-owl me! It takes me hours to get going in the morning! I am trying all sorts of processes to try and get a morning groove to keep up with my morning family!! Please help!


  • I start with vitality with a cup of black black coffee and a smile.


  • Waking up to big smoochy kisses from my one year old (yep we are co-sleepers) heading to the kitchen for a yummy breaky (omelettes on the menu this week) and then out the door for a 30 minute walk. We love our mornings together and the fresh air really gets the vitality going.


  • I take my 3 month old dog for some much needed exercise which is not only good for him but for myself as well.


  • i get up at 5.30 and go for a 30 minute walk have been for 4 years lost 15 kilos and feel so much better from doing this


  • I leap out of bed, race to the kitchen and put the kettle on to boil. Coffee provides my vitality nowadays!
