Need peace of mind while your little one is sleeping? We’re giving one lucky MoM Member the chance to WIN a baby monitor that goes above and beyond!

We’ve teamed up with Owlet to give away an Owlet Smart Sock 3, valued at $479.

The Owlet Smart Sock is the first baby monitor to track your baby’s oxygen level and heart rate – the best indication of a baby’s health while they sleep. If your baby’s readings leave their pre-set “safe” zones, you’ll receive a notification that lets you know when your baby really needs you. Now you can feel more confidence, more freedom, and more peace of mind knowing that Owlet is here to help you keep your baby safe.

  • My wife says putting our baby daughter on my chest with my arms gently wrapped around her. The rhythm of my heart and the warm of my arms does the trick.

  • When my son was a baby, he would only go to sleep if I held him in my arms while watching ‘Law & Order’. Without such loud background noise, he would be ‘resisting a rest’.

  • Driving her around in the car works everytime

  • An iPod touch playing white noise constantly. Have done so since birth and works brilliantly.

  • Im very guilty of laying in bed in the dark breastfeeding and its my guarantee of getting baby to sleep so i can have a few hours sleep

  • A full belly and dry nappy always helps my baby get to sleep.

  • My baby doesn’t like to sleep so when he does we have to check he is breathing which often wakes him up. Such a cycle. This would stop it from happening. Otherwise trick is the car or feeding to sleep

  • As I am a first time mum,
The tips and tricks are yet to come!
What I have studied so far,
Is to play a lullaby or drive in the car!

What works for one baby might not work for another,
It comes down to the instincts of their mother.

  • A bedtime story with relaxing sound effects and running my hand through his hair. That always does the trick – sometimes i get snores too hehe

  • My last 2 babies would struggle to get to sleep unless I was holding, rocking them. I am due with my daughter this year and I’m hoping for a better sleeper this time.

  • Patience and calmness patience and calmness

  • Running my finger down bubbies nose. It makes them close their eyes and drift off

  • Warm the bed with a hot water bottle take it out when you put baby in.
After a feed and a clean diaper. Doesn’t matter if he’s awake put him down than start cleaning and acting busy, folding clothing, tidying everything. When he’s asleep go to sleep at the same time.
