A smooth and creamy smoothie that’s loaded with protein and deliciousness!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Banana (Frozen is best)
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup Milk (of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon LSA Meal
Method
- In a large blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. Add in more milk to thin the smoothie if necessary.
