It wasn’t until recently I learnt of parental burnout or being at risk of it myself. I feel good when I get to take care of myself on the outside and can only imagine what it might feel like if I cared for the inside too.

I know she is run down. I’m feeling burnt out but she seems to do twice as much as I achieve. She’s a super mum and super fiend to all in our community.

This year has just been really hard. I know self-care is important, but where do you find the time when it feels like you are barely holding your kids’ heads above water? Anything that helps me feel more grounded and present would be a blessing from Mother Nature – she KNOWS.

I lead a stressful life and need extra care as i am not good at looking after my health and a very poor eater. I need some help.

This is purely for me, a mum of 3 little ones, working a full-time job, plus admin for my husband’s business, I NEED something to help take care of me! This would also be ideal for me as I suffer from eczema and look for natural ways to look after myself.
