  • I have never been to the Easter Show – however I’m not after the tickets for myself. A dear friend’s 6yr old son was this yr diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes & I would love for them to have the opportunity for a much needed enjoyable day out after what has been a very stressful & hectic last couple of months.

  • A few years ago we decided to stay until the fireworks with a 3yr old and 1yr old. They both feel asleep but woke up when the fireworks started. The excitement on their faces was priceless.

  • I’ve never been to the Royal Easter Show but ! would love to take my daughter there!!!

  • Taking my Granddaughter the first year, and hear her squeal with laughter when she first saw the piglets

  • It would be that it was a whole family event we would all go together. The whole experience was exciting but the showbag pavilion was unforgettable.

  • My Favourite Easter Show Memory? I loved the easter show when i was a child – the crowded entry, the smell and sound of all the farm animals, the manic show bag room as i rushed from stall to stall trying to decide which one i should buy. The rides, the quilting, the craft but my favourite part was always the fruit display, i was so in ore of those magnificent creations. I can’t wait to one day pass these wonderful experiences down to my children.

  • My Fondest Memories of the Royal? Watching the main show followed by Fireworks in the stands at Moore Park, eating kebabs and all the samples from the Coca Cola Bag and the Cadbury Sample Bags, of course!! Remember when they were filled with so much stuff you’d be feeling sick?! My sister and I eating honey comb in the Horticultural Pavillion staring with marvel at those huge displays made of produce, fruits nuts and cereals!! And thinking ‘How do they do it?!’ And not forgetting those cute the baby ducks!! It Always makes me feel like I’m TEN again!!

  • woodchopping is always TOP on my list….then grabbing a Bertie Beetle showbag and heading to Wollies Fresh Food Pavillion

  • Going to the Easter Show with my dad and eating cheese samples all day long.

  • Have never been to the easter show with my boys. The two times they have been there were either with my friends or my sister in law who were kind enough to let them tag along. Would love to have great memories with them at the easter show this year as a family.

  • Every time I have attended the Royal Easter Show it has RAINED!!!!
But we certainly made many great AND not so great memories!

  • We don’t have one yet because up until now my kids have been to young to go but I would love to take them for the first time this year!

  • Fondest memory?! Going to the show with my older sister ON OUR OWN and getting the Yellow Brick Road Show bag – the one which included a map which sent us around the entire show to get all sorts of awesome freebies from different displays/stands. I still have some of the cool things we were given – a futuristic milk cup, a love of Mi Goreng noodles… the list goes on! They should bring back the Yellow Brick Road Showbag!

  • My fondest memory of attending the Sydney Royal Easter Show was seeing the little pink pigs racing and flying in the air. I sat there for a long time and watched the little piggies they were so cute! If I won tickets to attend the show (which I haven’t been for many years) I hope this show is on!

  • A few years ago when I took my two nieces (then 6 and 7 years of age) We had so much fun completing the RES passport which made you experience and enjoy all the agriculture, arts and craft, that the kids did not ask once to go on rides or for show bags. I had to suggest a ride at 8pm when we were leaving because we had such a pleasant day.I got to do all the activities on the passport too like a kid including milking a cow and painting a picture. Better show experience than when I was a kid, but didn’t see the Steggles Caravan, I LOVE tote tennis, maybe next time.
