Em shared with her curious fans that she did not undergo IVF at all and did conceive little Elio naturally.

Em’s most recent update a couple of days ago she shared, “Day 5 – we’re going home! Elio is a total drunk, my boobs are so big they enter the room 3 minutes before I do. I finally did a poo – it was biblical. Mood: Overwhelmed, exhausted, euphoric.”
