My kids started on farex with breast milk. I gradually added pureed fruits and veggies to this mix. Slowly increasing the amounts.

Baby lead weaning so anything and everything you eat. Corn on the cob is always a funny one

No, I would think he would need more sustenance whilst sick. Go for veggies and fruit, a little mixed in with fares to start with….to check for reactions.

I will be making my own purée ans it will be a mix of pumpkin, carrot, Apple and a form of meat high in iron as my boy is borderline anaemic. It’s good to start with a mix of meat and veg. if you do it yourself it’s cheaper, easier and not such a waste!

my son tried farax at 4 months and hated it, so we tried puree apple and he loves it, some of his other favourites was sweet potatoe and a variety of veges mixed together

yogurt mince meats grated cheese toast .

fruits and yogurt are good or mashed veg’s

fruits are the best – pear I think is the easiest to digest and has no issues with causing constipation

I started mostly with pureed fruits with mine.

We started with Farex but found that it caused constipation so pureed pear might be a better option
