Forum Advice needed on bubs poo…

Bub is in the process of transitioning from milk to solids. Being breastfed, poos were regular and soft. Now they’ve become harder, not so regular and he seems to struggle doing them. Will it fix itself or should I try and fix it before it becomes an every day thing

  • Give him foods that start with P. Pears, peas etc and stay away from bananas for a bit which can make pooing harder. Also make sure fluids are up.

  • it will fix itself because of the transitioning the body is also getting used to the change. alot more to digest now
