My little girl loves ballet and taikwondo. Not sure you’d really call them low cost, though.

It would help to know what your daughter enjoys doing. Often a trip to the park exerts lots of energy

Going to the park is usually enough for our little one. She loves it and gets to meet new friends.

If you don’t want to pay for classes etc pool is great particularly if you have a heated one in your area and can do it all year round.

There are many activities. Gymnastics was a favourite for high energy. Dance classes and music classes.
